Proof labels

Every claim receives a status tag so readers can weight it correctly. These labels are not marketing. They are honesty infrastructure.

• Real — verified output from shipped client work or released tooling. Permission granted or independently verifiable.
• Partial — supported by evidence but limited to one case, one dataset, or one time window. Proof exists, but generalization is provisional.
• Concept — unbuilt, illustrative, or hypothetical. Not shipped, not billed, not promised. Shown to communicate direction, not to claim outcome.

How to read the ops center

This site uses operational language: metrics, throughput, integrity checks. The reading rule is unchanged from the rest of the workshop: if something is labeled concept, it is not evidence.

Synthetic metrics are acceptable when labeled. The point is not realism. The point is clarity.

Media and motion

The dashboard uses abstract charts, pulsing statuses, and counters. No video loops. No stock photography. Motion exists to draw attention to status changes, not to impress.

A reduced-motion path is included to stop chart animation and counter motion when requested by system preference or user controls.

Responsive behavior

The metrics grid collapses from four columns to one. The proof list remains single-column. The status panel stacks beneath the hero copy. No horizontal overflow.

Vercel deployment

This is a static site intended for Vercel. Every subdomain lands under *.jdworkshop.com. No external dependencies; no build step required.

Before deployment, internal links resolve under the same root. Assets are in a single versioned directory to simplify caching.
